Trading software, educational resources, VPS hosting, APIs, AI systems, and automation tools do not guarantee profits or trading success.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pain University website, dashboards, Discord server, Telegram bots, APIs, hosting services, trading software, or educational content, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or products.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pain University services.

Products & Software

Pain University may provide trading software, Expert Advisors (EAs), dashboards, alert systems, APIs, copy trading tools, automation systems, educational resources, and hosting services.
Software licenses are provided for authorized customer use only.
You may not redistribute, resell, leak, reverse engineer, share, sublicense, or transfer products without written authorization.
Violation of software or licensing rules may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and protecting login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pain University reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, spam, or malicious activity.

Payments & Billing

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.
Refund eligibility, if offered, is determined by the product or service purchased.
Pain University reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Pain University and SwarmRacks may provide VPS hosting, cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, managed hosting, or automation infrastructure.
While uptime and reliability are priorities, services may occasionally experience outages, interruptions, latency, maintenance, or hardware failures.
Users are responsible for backing up important configurations and monitoring mission-critical systems.

Intellectual Property

All Pain University branding, software, dashboards, graphics, code, educational content, and automation systems remain the property of Pain University unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit Pain University content without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing or leaking of software, set files, APIs, dashboards, or licenses may result in account termination and legal action.

AI & Automation Systems

Pain University may use AI-assisted systems, automation workflows, analytics systems, or machine-learning features to improve operations, moderation, fraud prevention, support, or software functionality.
AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or contain errors.
Users are responsible for independently verifying trading decisions and automation outputs.

Prohibited Activities

Attempting to bypass licensing systems or account restrictions.
Sharing software, customer dashboards, or premium resources without authorization.
Using Pain University systems for malicious activity, spam, fraud, abuse, or attacks.
Attempting to reverse engineer APIs, infrastructure, or proprietary systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pain University, its owners, affiliates, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, server downtime, software bugs, API interruptions, lost profits, account restrictions, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

Pain University may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, operational updates, or new product offerings. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
